How do I return something to Kasbah Clothing?


If you wish to return items for any reason other than defects in the goods, incomplete or incorrect delivery you will need to arrange and pay for return shipping at your cost. 
The items must be returned within 14 days of receipt in their original package. 
Use the enclosed return label supplied with your delivery note, place it into the transparent envelopment and make sure the return address is clearly visible.
Important: Keep a certificate of postage as your proof of return.


All of the items we send out are checked to make sure they are in perfect condition and the return items must be returned to us in the same condition. Items must be unworn, unwashed, no makeup marks, no strong odors and tags and labels still attached. If we receive returned items that are damaged and unfit for resale, we can not issue a refund. However, the item(s) can be reposted back to you at your cost.


We are a small start-up company with special limited editions in our collections. For this reason, we would really appreciate if you could send back your return items as soon as possible. Thank you.

What if I return an item later than the cut off period?


If your parcel is returned outside the returns cut off period of 14 days, we will, unfortunately, be unable to process your refund.

In this case, if you would like the item you purchased to be sent back to you will be responsible for the cost of shipping.


My order is incorrect?


If the order you have received is incorrect we do sincerely apologize for this inconvenience. We will immediately arrange to hold and ship the correct item as soon as we receive a shipping receipt confirmation of the returned item (Within 14 days limit). All regular postage costs for this inconvenience will be covered by us.

I have received a faulty Item?


If you have received a faulty item we do apologize, we will immediately arrange to hold and ship the correct item as soon as we receive a shipping receipt confirmation of the returned item. (Within 14 days) All regular postage costs for this inconvenience will be covered by us.



How long does it take to receive my refund?


Once your returned parcel is received and checked, we will endeavour to process the refund as soon as possible however, the process may take up to three working days, at which point you will receive an email confirming the refund. The refund payment between the processing company and your bank typically takes between  5 to 7 working days.



Can I return sale items?


Sale items can be returned within 14 days, same guidelines as the full priced products.


How can I cancel my order?


We are really quick at packaging your order up, this means the majority of the time we can not make any changes to the online order. However, if you contact our customer service team as soon as possible we may be able to do something for you.

How do I exchange an item?


For fastest service and to ensure that the item you need to exchange will still be in stock, we recommend you purchase the item in the correct size and/or color, so we can have it shipped to you as soon as possible. We will process with the refund once we received the item to be exchanged.

The exchange must be returned within the 14-day guideline, same as the return procedure.





How does your delivery for the UK work?


Standard delivery is £3.95 by Hermes - 48 hour signed receipt from date of shipping. 
We are not responsible for any delay in the services provided by Hermes.
We offer FREE SHIPPING for goods purchased over £150 ( Standard delivery, does not include cost of return shipping.)
For all orders placed after Friday afternoon, we will endeavor to have them shipped by the following Tuesday.
