FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS - COVID 19
In these unprecedented times we understand our customers may have questions about our service, hygiene and shipping for example. We are doing everything to maintain great customer service while adhering to government guidelines of cleanliness and social distancing. We've tried to answer any potential questions you may have below, but should you have any other specific queries, please do not hesitate to contact us.
HAS YOUR SERVICE BEEN AFFECTED BY THE CURRENT SITUATION?
We are a small team based in the UK and Morocco. At this present time our team are fit and healthy and working as usual. Should this change, we will take steps to ensure you receive the same great customer service you currently receive.
In regards to delivery, you may experience delays that are out of our hands. We are picking and packing as usual but are reliant on postal and delivery services.
WHAT STEPS ARE YOU TAKING TO ENSURE HYGIENE IS MAINTAINED?
Our customer services team are adhering to all the government guidelines in terms of hand-washing and cleanliness and using gloves to wrap your order.
Corinne is lone-working from home packing and shipping your orders and answering your queries.
WHAT IF I CAN'T GET OUT TO RETURN MY ITEM?
We have extended our usual 14 day return period to 30 days to help with this situation.
Where possible though, please try and return items ASAP. As our items are made in small batches and stock is limited you'll be helping out fellow customers by getting the item back into stock.
