Shipping & Return Policy



At this time we only ship via Hermes standard delivery at a fixed cost of £3.95 - 48 hours from the date of shipping with signed proof of delivery. We can not be held responsible for delays in the services provided by Hermes.

We offer FREE SHIPPING for goods over £150 ( Standard delivery and does not include return shipping.)

For orders placed after Friday afternoon, we will endeavor to have them shipped by the following Tuesday.


Return Policy:

We hope you are pleased with the selected items you have purchased.


All of the items we send out are checked to make sure they are in perfect condition and the return items must be returned to us in the same condition.


Returned items should be folded and packed with the original packaging, labels, and tags.


All items must be unworn and unwashed, no makeup marks, no strong odors, and tags still attached.


Please return unwanted items to us for a refund or exchange within 14 days of receipt. Please ship to:

We can not issue a refund if the returned items we receive are damaged unfit for resale. However, the item can be reposted to you at your cost.


If your parcel is returned outside of the returns cut off period we will, unfortunately, be unable to process your refund. In this case, if you would like your item back you will be responsible for the cost of returning the parcel back to you.


If you wish to return items for any reason other than defects in the goods, incomplete or incorrect delivery you will need to arrange and pay for the return of the items to us.


Exchanging an item:

You can return your item to us, cost of return shipping covered by you, for a full product refund and place a new order for the selected item of your choice.


Faulty Item:

If you have received a faulty item we do apologize, we will immediately arrange for a replacement item to be held until we receive the faulty item back. Regular Postage cost will be refunded for the return and we will not charge for the delivery of the replacement item. If you require the replacement item posted quickly, this is not covered by us. We only offer regular shipping.

For items that are faulty or incorrect, the return postage cost will be reimbursed to the maximum value of £5.



Refunds to a customer may take up to 5 – 7 working days. Refunds will be issued to the credit or debit card originally used to make the payment.


Once we have received your returned items we will endeavor to process a refund to your account as soon as possible.
